The first essay in which I realized my true potential in writing arrived from Macbeth essay. This essay focused on the gender role reversal that Macbeth and Lady Macbeth faced when certain situations presented themselves. I noticed that my analysis of my previous essays were lacking substance so I vowed to make that better with this essay. I also focused on creating an essay where all the ideas were cohesive and flowed in a way that appealed to the reader. I strongly believe this is my favorite essay due to the fact that I worked diligently on it and didn't procrastinate the essay as I did with the others.
My Macbeth essay really proved to me how good my writing could be when I don't wait until last minute to write it. However, I did struggle with piecing together all of my ideas and making the essay informative with as little unnecessary information as possible. My analysis for each quote is what made this essay so appealing to me considering how well I analyzed each quote as in depth as possible without consistently repeating ideas. I do feel that overall I did a great job on the essay but there is always room for improvement in certain aspects of my writing.
